Campaign terms, Version 1.0. Effective October 16, 2026.

These terms apply to referrers enrolled in this campaign. They work together with the Bees Referral Program Terms. By enrolling, you accept both. If they conflict about compensation, these campaign terms control.

1. What you can refer
This campaign covers one offer: the Data Clarity Baseline™, Bees Computing LLC’s (“Bees”) initial assessment engagement. It does not cover implementation, ongoing services, or any other Bees offering.

2. Eligible referrals
A referral is eligible only if all of these are true:

• The business is new to Bees. It is not a current or former client, and has not had a documented conversation with Bees about services in the previous 12 months.

• The person you refer knows you made the introduction and has agreed to be contacted by Bees.

• You disclosed your potential compensation as the Program Terms require, before or at the introduction.

• Bees accepts the referral in writing or through your referrer portal. Bees may decline any referral for fit, capacity, conflict, or risk reasons.

If more than one referrer introduces the same business, the first eligible introduction counts. You cannot earn commission on a business you own, work for, or have purchasing authority at, unless you disclosed it and Bees approved it in writing.

3. Credit window
You earn credit for an accepted referral for six months from the date Bees accepts it. The commission is earned only if the referred business signs an agreement for the Data Clarity Baseline within that window.

4. Commission
Commission is 10% of the Net Fees Bees receives for the referred business’s first Data Clarity Baseline. “Net Fees” means professional fees actually received by Bees for that engagement, after discounts, credits, refunds, and taxes, and excluding pass-through costs such as travel, third-party tools, or other expenses billed at cost.

5. When commission becomes payable

• Commission becomes payable only after the referred business has paid and the engagement has started. If the business cancels or is refunded before the engagement starts, no commission is owed.

• If the business pays in installments, commission is calculated on each installment as it clears, and no part is payable before the engagement starts.

• This campaign covers the first Data Clarity Baseline only. Repeat assessments, implementation work, and any other services earn no commission under this campaign. Any other arrangement requires a separate written agreement signed by Bees and you.

6. Approval and payment
Bees reviews and approves commission before payment. You must provide a tax form (W-9 or W-8) and a payout method before payment, and Bees may hold payment until you do. Approved commission is paid on the schedule shown for this campaign in your referrer portal.

7. Repayment
If a payment on which you were paid commission is refunded, reversed, charged back, or disputed within 90 days after Bees received it, or if commission was paid in error, you will repay the related commission, or Bees may offset it against your future commissions. This applies in addition to Section 9 of the Program Terms.

8. Tracking and records
Referrals are tracked through your campaign link or, for direct introductions, through written confirmation from Bees. Bees’ records determine attribution, and the portal shows referral status but not client details.

9. Changes
Bees may change or end this campaign for future referrals under Section 12 of the Program Terms. Changes won’t reduce commission on referrals Bees accepted before the change.
