Bees Computing LLC. Last updated October 16, 2026.
This policy explains how Bees Computing LLC (“Bees,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit beescomputing.com, submit a form, book a call, apply to the Bees Referral Program, or deal with us as a client, referrer, or business contact.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. Name, email address, phone number, company, job title, website or LinkedIn profile, and anything you write in forms, messages, or on calls.
Information from your use of our site. Pages viewed, links clicked, referring source (including link or QR code parameters), device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and cookies and similar technologies (Section 3).
Information from other sources. Business contact information from professional databases and public sources, which we use to contact businesses about our services (Section 6), and information that referrers share about people they introduce to us.
Business and program information. If you work with us as a client, vendor, or referral partner, we collect the information needed to manage that relationship, including tax forms and payout details.
2. How we use information
To respond to requests and book calls; to provide and manage our services; to review Referral Program applications, track referrals, and calculate and pay commission; to meet tax, accounting, and legal obligations; to send business communications and service messages; to measure and improve our website and marketing; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to protect our rights.
3. Cookies and tracking
We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, form security, and referral and marketing tracking. We currently use Google Analytics on our website to understand how visitors use it, such as pages viewed, time on site, and where visitors come from. We may add or change tools over time and will update this page. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address and device and browser details, which Google processes under its own privacy policy. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser settings. Links we share for referral and marketing tracking may set a cookie so that we can credit the source. Our forms use a bot-protection check from Cloudflare. Some features, including referral tracking, may stop working if you block cookies.
4. How we share information
We don’t sell personal information. We share it with:
Service providers that help us operate, including our CRM, website, forms, and referral platform (Katalyst CRM), email and outreach tools, calendar and meeting tools, document and productivity tools, analytics and advertising providers, payment and payout providers, and AI-assisted tools we use in our operations.
Professional advisors, such as accountants, tax preparers, and attorneys.
Authorities and other parties when the law requires, or to protect rights, safety, and security, or in a business transaction such as a merger or sale.
5. The Referral Program
This section applies to people who apply to or take part in the Bees Referral Program, and to people referred to us.
Referrers. We use your application and activity information to review your application, administer the program, and pay commission. Tax forms and payout details are used only for payment and tax compliance, and access is limited to people who need them. If you take part in the Bees Referral Program, we handle your information as described in this policy and in the program’s terms.
People who are referred. Referrers may share business contact details with us, and they must be authorized to do so and must tell you that they may receive compensation if you become a client. If you contact us through a referral link, we record that link so the right referrer is credited, and we may tell the referrer the status of the referral. If you would like us to stop contacting you or to delete your details, write to us at the address in Section 10.
6. Business outreach
We may contact business professionals about our services using contact details from professional databases and public sources. Our emails identify us and include a way to opt out, and we honor opt-out requests promptly. You can also write to us to ask where we got your information.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal requirements. Tax and payment records are kept for the period the law requires. We delete or de-identify other information when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, including access limits and the security features of the services we use. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We may need to keep some records, such as payment and tax records, to meet legal obligations. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
